What's the process?

  1. We'll have a look at your contemporary customers
  2. We'll find all what they still need but you'll won't provide them with it
  3. We'll also find out what and where the customers normally buy + why just here 
  4. We'll identify the competitors who deprive you partly of your profit
  5. We'll analyze why the customers are buying from those competitors
  6. We'll analyze the ways the existing customers care takes
  7. We'll designate the groups of the new potential customers you haven't yet served until now
  8. We'll quantify these new customers - i.e. determine the total number of them on the basis of the so-called "secondary data"
  9. We'll determine the hidden profit amount you could generate with your existing customers and the new customers
  10. We'll propose the recommendation as to what you should change or newly implement to be able to start using the hidden profits
